Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 55bmw, its affiliated companies, game providers, and payment processors are not eligible to open a player account or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.
To open a 55bmw account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid mobile number, and email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and belongs to you personally. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
55bmw is required under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. 55bmw will never request your full password, GCash PIN, bank OTP, or similar sensitive credentials through any communication channel. Any request for such information claiming to originate from 55bmw should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
You agree to notify 55bmw immediately via the live chat support function if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you observe any suspicious transaction or activity within your account.
Warning: 55bmw accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. Shared account access — including permitting a spouse, family member, or friend to use your account — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
55bmw accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum deposits for bank transfers may vary.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to a Player's 55bmw wallet in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay are credited within 5–15 minutes subject to interbank processing. PesoNet transfers may take up to one banking day. 7-Eleven CLiQQ transactions are credited within 10–30 minutes of confirmation at the payment terminal.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the 55bmw account holder. 55bmw does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts operated by a non-account holder, or anonymous payment sources. Violation of this requirement may result in the return of deposited funds and account suspension pending investigation.
All transactions on the 55bmw Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 55bmw does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any foreign currency conversion that occurs at the payment processor level is outside 55bmw's control and the exchange rate applied is the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.
A Player must have completed KYC identity and age verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawals are held pending KYC completion. 55bmw reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification of identity, age, source of funds, or any other compliance-related matter.
Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically completed on the same business day. PesoNet transfers may take up to one banking day. 55bmw does not guarantee processing times during periods of scheduled maintenance, regulatory review, or unusual transaction volumes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits vary by player tier and payment method. VIP players may negotiate higher limits through the account management team. 55bmw reserves the right to apply additional security reviews to large or unusual withdrawal requests.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. 55bmw may, at its discretion, process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method registered to the same account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
Account balances that remain inactive for a period exceeding 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy maintenance fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players who have been dormant should contact support to reinstate their account before the dormancy period concludes. Permanently abandoned balances may be dealt with in accordance with applicable Philippine unclaimed property regulations.
All promotional offers made available by 55bmw are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. Players are required to read and accept the applicable promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from a promotion do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
55bmw reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, high-certainty wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements; exploiting promotional terms in a manner clearly contrary to their intended purpose; or systematically using promotional credits to generate withdrawable funds without genuine recreational gaming intent.
55bmw reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonus credits already claimed by Players prior to the modification date, subject to compliance with all pre-existing bonus terms.
The availability of specific games on the 55bmw Platform is subject to change without notice. Each game category — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — is governed by the specific rules published within the game interface or the applicable game provider documentation. In cases of ambiguity, 55bmw's interpretation of the game rules shall be final.
All slot and RNG table games available on the 55bmw Platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are sourced from provider certification documentation.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that results in an incomplete game round, 55bmw will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state where technically possible. All sports betting markets offered on the 55bmw Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Rules regarding abandoned events, postponed fixtures, void bets, and in-play betting limitations are published within the sports betting section. For Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) markets, results are settled based on official PBA scoring records. For international events including NBA, UFC, Premier League, and other covered competitions, results are settled based on the official governing body records.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 55bmw Platform without prior written authorisation from 55bmw.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bmw shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 55bmw has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
55bmw's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
55bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict Platform access. 55bmw will use reasonable efforts to minimise the duration of any maintenance downtime.
55bmw reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; regulatory direction or legal requirement; or the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Player's wallet (net of any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC and compliance obligations. Where account closure arises from a breach of these Terms, 55bmw reserves the right to withhold funds pending a full investigation of the circumstances.
Players who wish to close their 55bmw account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to processing a closure request, 55bmw will confirm the Player's identity and the disposition of any remaining balance. Account closure requests do not automatically constitute a self-exclusion — Players who wish to self-exclude must specifically request the self-exclusion tool.
55bmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Player rights — may be made without formal advance notice.
The revised Terms will be effective as of the date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 55bmw Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and 55bmw arising from use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through 55bmw's internal dispute resolution process, which is initiated by contacting support via the official live chat or email channel. 55bmw will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
Where internal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be referred to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanisms available to players of PAGCOR-regulated platforms. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
